Untuk menginstalnya anda perlu memiliki game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City versi PC lengkap, untuk menginstal mod ini. Anda perlu instalasi baru dari Vice City untuk menginstal mod ini atau tidak akan berhasil. Jika Anda memiliki Ultimate Vice City 1.1 terinstal, Anda harus uninstall Grand Theft Auto: Vice City dulu, baru menginstal ulang vice city, kemudian instal Ultimate vice city 2.0.

Ini adalah mod untuk Grand Theft Auto: Vice City yang telah menambahkan 40 mobil, sebuah jembatan baru, billboard baru. Semuanya dimasukkan dalam installer otomatis.
